The project brings together physical and technical development with genuine personal growth, drawing on what makes this club unusual: 11-a-side football for boys and girls, and futsal, under one crest. A safe, stimulating environment where every young athlete grows at their own pace.
Three pathways, one club
Choose your
ACR Messina colours
From 13, based on the athlete's strengths and a conversation with the technical staff, boys and girls choose the competitive pathway they want to follow.
Men's
11-a-side
Structured technical and tactical work on a clear route towards the ACR Messina senior squads.
Women's
11-a-side
A programme run entirely for girls, with Under-15, Under-17 and Under-19 teams feeding ACR Messina Women.
Futsal
5-a-side
Technique in tight spaces, speed of thought and oriented control, from Under-5 through Under-12 and beyond.
Our philosophy and growth model
Every age has
its own pace
Our football school welcomes boys and girls from four years old. The programme is built around the different stages of cognitive and motor development.
Play first, no early specialisation
The aim is coordination developed through play. Boys and girls train together, discovering the pleasure of movement.
The fundamentals of 11-a-side and futsal
Players begin learning the fundamentals of both games. Futsal is used as an outstanding teaching tool for technique in tight spaces, speed of thought and oriented control.
Choosing a competitive pathway
Based on the athlete's strengths and a conversation with the technical staff, players choose between men's 11-a-side, women's 11-a-side and futsal — always in ACR Messina colours.

A girls-only
football school
For girls · Not a mixed group
A separate programme reserved for girls, with an environment, a coaching approach and a pathway designed specifically for them.
The football school takes girls from 5 to 11: fun, coordination, ball mastery and the fundamentals of the game, through age-appropriate sessions and small-sided matches. From there players continue into our Under-15, Under-17 and Under-19 teams, on a clear route to senior women's football with ACR Messina.
