TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Registration & Eligibility

  • Participation in the ACR Messina Global ID Camp is open to players who meet the age and eligibility requirements stated on the registration page.

  • All information provided during registration must be accurate and complete.

  • ACR Messina reserves the right to deny participation if any information is found to be false or incomplete.

2. Payment & Refund Policy

  • All registration fees must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure a spot in the camp.

  • Registration fees are non-refundable.

  • Fees may only be transferred to:

    • Another player (subject to approval), or

    • Another Global ID Camp session/date (subject to availability).

  • Any transfer must be requested in writing and confirmed by the camp organisers.

3. Cancellations & Changes

  • ACR Messina reserves the right to modify camp dates, times, or locations if necessary.

  • In the event of cancellation by organisers, participants may be offered alternative dates or a credit toward a future camp.

  • No financial compensation will be offered beyond a transfer or credit.

4. Health, Safety & Medical Consent

  • By participating, all players (or parents/guardians for minors) confirm that the player is physically fit and able to participate in football activities.

  • Any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements must be disclosed during registration.

  • In case of emergency, organisers are authorised to seek medical treatment for the participant if parents/guardians cannot be reached.

5. Liability Waiver

  • ACR Messina, its staff, volunteers, partners, and organisers are not responsible for:

    • Injuries

    • Accidents

    • Loss or damage of personal property

  • Players participate at their own risk, and parents/guardians acknowledge and accept this risk upon registration.

6. Conduct & Behaviour

  • All participants are expected to maintain respectful behaviour toward staff, coaches, teammates, and facilities.

  • ACR Messina reserves the right to remove any player whose conduct is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate.

  • No refunds or credits will be issued for removal based on misconduct.

7. Media & Photography Consent

  • By registering, participants and parents/guardians grant ACR Messina permission to capture and use photos and video footage for promotional and informational purposes.

  • If consent is not granted, written notice must be submitted prior to the start of the camp.

8. Data Protection

  • Personal information collected during registration is used solely for purposes related to the Global ID Camp, including communication, scheduling, safety, and administration.

  • Data is handled in accordance with applicable privacy regulations.

9. Acceptance of Terms

  • By completing registration, participants (or their parents/guardians) confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
