The new Messina will be unveiled on Saturday. With many former players.

ACR Messina is preparing to usher in a new era, with its revamped management team ready to officially present itself to the city and the press. The event is scheduled for Saturday, October 25th, in the evocative setting of Villa Pulejo in Tremestieri.

The invitation to attend the event was extended directly by Morris Pagniello, who holds the dual role of vice president and general manager of the Messina club. Pagniello emphasized the importance of the press as a communication bridge between the club and its fans. “I know it’s unusual,” Pagniello wrote, referring to his personal invitation, “but I wanted to personally extend this first invitation to the press, recognizing in you a crucial vehicle for conveying and communicating our thoughts to the city of Messina.”

During the meeting, Vice President and President and CEO Justin Davis will have the opportunity to detail the plans and ambitions behind the ACR Messina project. It will be an opportunity to outline the long-term vision and establish an initial direct connection with the city’s community.

The presentation will focus not only on the sporting project, but also on details regarding the upcoming “Legend 125 Event.” In preparation for this event, scheduled for December 1st at the Franco Scoglio Stadium, numerous prominent figures in Italian and international football have been confirmed to be participating. Among those confirmed are former AC Milan goalkeeper Dida, Marco Storari (also a former Roma goalkeeper), and former midfielder and coach Roberto Donadoni. Other well-known figures, such as Vincenzo Iaquinta, Riccardo Montolivo, and Christian Abbiati, will also be present, ensuring a top-notch attendance for the celebration.
